Ga problema lagi ko ug link sa akong BDO/visa debit card sa paypal. Kai naa unta ko baydanan sa ebay and I really need to pay this soon.

Kung ako man gud i-add ang debit card sa paypal mureklamo na ang number is registered na daw sa paypal. Which is really weird kai wala pa jud ni nagamit sukad..

Yup.. Googled it pero murag mao jud problema sa BDO kai..

Unionbank nalang ko.. hehe Pila ang mag open ug account sa ila? :)

i use BDO CC pod. i had no problem linking it up. make sure all information is correct and the billing address matches your card's billing address too // unless of course if you are talking about a Savings account, hehe

Verified imong account pre or wala?

Sa union bank 350 ra bayad sa eon, pero kuha na mo daan kay mga 2 ka semana pa nah ang card mu abot.... walay maintaining balance diay, so way kaso. Wala na to ilang online na pplication, so kung ako sa imo gto nalang gud kah sa banko.

A BDO CC (credit) is different from a BDO/visa debit card (debit). As what I know, of all the bank debit cards available locally, only Unionbank eon works with Paypal.

I used EON Unionbank on my paypal paypal account. and early this year nag nag try kog lain nag try kog BPI pwedi pud.

Banco de Oro (BDO) was known to be the largest lender here in the Philippines but could you imagine a universal bank that sucks?!

BDO really sucks!! I got my worst experience when a bullshit ATM machine ate my P6K Cash Card account load … Until now the money was still not returned yet… I have called the toll free, the first time I called; an agent told me that processing will took 5 days of investigation and gave me a reference number. After 5days, I called to follow up my account; unfortunately, the agent told me that there’s no feedback yet and added 2 more days to wait. After 2 days, I called again but the agent told me to call back by tomorrow. Again I called, but same reason; the agent told me that there’s still no feedback. She told me to wait for an SMS that will be sent to me, but I haven’t received any SMS. Again I called, and the agent just repeats what has been the reason earlier. I feel so tired calling all over again and I can’t remember how many times I did just to get my money back. It’s almost one month already and BDO haven’t returned my money yet. I don’t know how and why it goes like this! To think, they got their system and they can easily track all transactions and I believe one day is just enough. All their branches were just like dummies! When you approach to them, they’ll just give a phone and let you talk to a call center agent! Very stupid! Could a call center agent fix this up and return the money on my account?! I feel like I’m bursting already while talking on the phone. Every word I hear was just the same. Where is reliability in their services? The agent also told me ones that the number of calls I made for follow up was part of the investigation. Does she mean it like a proof that I am really not just making a story? Oh c’mon! How I wish to have a gun and say, “CAN I SHOOT YOU MISS?”

I have lost my patience already. They got plenty of alibis. They brought to much hassle in me and in my work. Do they want me to call every day?!! How could I? I have my work and I can’t have time to call at their toll free every day. I’m not really happy with what BDO had done. I need my money back… I’ve got several bills and rents to pay. I need to pay my boarding house and my internet bills. BDO is making a bad day for me… And yeah… BDO is really the largest! The largest provider of INCONVENIENCE! It sucks!!

ang tagal nang investigation kahit may “HARD COPY” report sila sa mga hindi na-dispense withdrawals!! infact, 2days waiting would be enough but here I am, almost a month of waiting…
BDO WALANG KWENTA!!! They take processing in a SLOW MOTION MODE!!!

yeah bdo sucks..sa ATM thingy.
It also does not work on paypal coz i have tried it.. but ambot lang pud sa uban.
For my paypal - i am using BPI and EON.

Although.. i like it nga BDO is sprouting everywhere and that
they are open on weekends coz that is where i pay my credit card bills
with no hassle.

This is just sad. I've had a similar bad experience with UnionBank Eon a year ago. I called up their call center numerous times and my issue still wasn't resolved. When I felt already helpless, I googled all the UnionBank email addresses that I could find in the net, I found about a dozen, emailed all of them regarding my concern. About 3 responded, assisted me and I got what I wanted.

Looking at the BDO website, I found these 4 email addresses; investor-relations@bdo.com.ph, irandcorplan@bdo.com.ph, hrmd@bdo.com.ph and hr@pb.bdo.com.ph. Look for more, I'm sure they use this format (person's name)@bdo.com.ph. Involve other BDO people. Post in other forums and blogs. Get their attention.

naka encounter ko ani na problem 2wks ago. mo decline ang payment kung BDO Debit Card gamiton dayun ma charge pa gyud ang payment. Pag reklamo nako kay ingon sa BDO ang BDO Debit Card is only for POS Terminal.

BDO serves me well..hehehe wala koy comment sa ilang services..akong Paypal remittance 3-4 days muabot..katong gikaon akong money kay nagdinanghag ko ug widraw i just called their toll free number and waited for the processing of my money then I got it back after a week..inana jud na ang processing basta kaonon imong money sa atm..wala nalang unta mo nag BDO kung wala mo nagbasa sa ilang banking policies..hehehe
